Four Phases,
& Nothing Skipped

Hoang Gia did not begin as an exporter. It began as a modest workshop with a mostly manual process and domestic customers, and became an international supplier one capability at a time. That order matters — the standards came after the craft, not instead of it.

Formation

Founded in May 2007 with the aim of becoming a high-quality furniture manufacturer. Workshops were modest and the process largely manual. The work of these years was building the core team, settling the first product lines, and experimenting with materials and methods. Customers were mainly domestic.

Development

Investment in modern machinery and a more disciplined production process. Supplier partnerships widened across steel, aluminium, stainless, wood, wicker and rubber foam. International testing standards – TÜV and ASTM – were applied for the first time, and the first export relationships began.

Brand Shaping

Recognition abroad for the combination of creative design, certified quality and reliable delivery. Export orders grew steadily as trust was built with larger international clients, supported by real investment in quality management and a culture of openness and cross-department knowledge sharing.

Growth & Affirmation

A modern machine base, products certified for quality and competitive on price and lead time, and international clients accounting for the majority of orders. Staff are trained to take an active part in innovation rather than only in production.

Two Hectares

A planned two-hectare expansion with further machinery investment, and a revenue ambition in the US$30–40 million range.
