We run it as a separate path because the evidence a specifier needs barely overlaps with what an importer needs.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS
Nine Stages Against A Fixed Date
Specification Review
We read the FF&E schedule and drawings and return what is buildable as specified, what should change, and what it costs.
3–5 days
Budget Alignment
Cost per key against the FF&E budget. Where we are over, we propose the construction change rather than quietly making it.
2-3 days
Finish & COM Approval
Finish samples and fabric. Designer-specified COM accepted, with yardage estimated against your fabric.
7–10 days
Prototype.
One piece built on production tooling, photographed and shipped for approval.
15–25 days
Mock-up Room
Where the property requires it, a full set built and photographed in situ before release.
Project dependent
Submittals
Shop drawings, dimensioned cut sheets, material and finish schedule, test reports, warranty and O&M documentation.
5–8 days
Prodcution
Four QC gates. Weekly progress reporting with photographs, whether or not there is news.
45-60 days
nspection & Consolidation
Third-party inspection to your AQL, loading supervised, seal logged and photographed. Consolidation with other FF&E on request.

After Care
Spare parts, replacement slings, cushion covers and hardware held to the same finish for seven years.
