IQC
Incoming Material
Extrusion mill certificate and alloy verification, wall thickness measured, fabric and foam batch checked against approved swatch, hardware grade confirmed.
IPQC
In Process
First-article approval at each station. Weld penetration, frame squareness to datum, coat film thickness and cure, weave and rope tension against the golden sample.
FQC
Finished Goods
Full assembly, function test on every moving part, stability and static load, finish inspection under standardised raking light.
OQC
Pre-shipment
AQL sampling to your standard — ISO 2859-1 Level II, AQL 2.5 default and 0.0 on critical safety — carton drop test, labelling verification, loading supervised and photographed.
Change control
No material, supplier or construction substitution without a written change request approved by you. The golden sample governs and both parties hold one.
Escalation
A named production contact, not only a sales contact. Delay notified within two working days of it becoming known, rather than at the shipping date.
Third-party inspection
SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, TÜV or your own team — welcomed and scheduled. Tell us the AQL you inspect to and we inspect to it first.
