Manufacturability Review
The design office says whether it builds as drawn, what should change, and the material and coating route.
3-5 days
Indicative Quotation
FOB by volume band, with packing and container assumptions stated so you can check the maths.
2–3 days
Drawing & BOM
Dimensioned production drawing, full bill of materials, finish and fabric specification for approval.
5-8 days
Sample
Built on production tooling, photographed, shipped. This becomes the golden sample.
15–25 days
Review & Revision
Your side. Typically one revision round; the approved sample is held as the contractual reference.
15–25 dayss
Order & Slot
PO, deposit, production slot booked. Carton, barcode, manual and warranty artwork finalised in parallel.
3 – 5 days
Production & QC
Four inspection gates. Progress photographs at frame, coat and assembly, sent unprompted.
45–60 days
Inspection & Loading
AQL inspection to your standard, third-party welcomed, loading supervised and photographed.
